Dukkah is traditionally an Egyptian blend of nuts, seeds and spices. Not Without Spice's, Spicy Dukkah Rub will knock your socks off with a smokey filled, garlic and chilli blend.
You use dukkah as a bread dipping seasoning with fresh crusty bread, like sourdough or Italian style bread, ripped into chucks and dipped in beautiful Australian olive oil. You can also use as a crusting on meat, salmon, fish or sprinkled through salads or over roasted vegetables and goats cheese.
